Train at your own level with the COREZONE Sports 6-Level Resistance Band Set. With six resistance levels ranging from 10–40 lbs, the set is designed for progressive strength training, home workouts, mobility exercises and general fitness.
Made from premium natural latex, each colour-coded loop band provides a different level of resistance, allowing you to select the right intensity for your workout and progress as your strength improves.
Six Resistance Levels
- Yellow – X-Light: 10–15 lbs
- Red – Light: 15–20 lbs
- Blue – Medium: 20–25 lbs
- Green – Heavy: 25–30 lbs
- Black – X-Heavy: 30–35 lbs
- Orange – XX-Heavy: 35–40 lbs
From lighter resistance for beginners through to heavier resistance for more challenging workouts, the six levels provide flexibility for different exercises and training requirements.
Compact and versatile, the bands can be used at home, in the gym or while travelling, making them a practical addition to your everyday training equipment.

Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or faulty item within 14 days.
