Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return your order under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Once a return is requested, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original postage and packaging costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or something that doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to arrange a refund or replacement where applicable.
How to Return an Item
To cancel or return an order:
- Email us to request a return.
- Securely pack the item along with the delivery note.
- Send the item back using a recorded or tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
