Refund and Return Policy


At COREZONE Sports, our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not be quite as expected. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with our return policy.

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Simply send back the item in its original packaging and in good condition, and we’ll gladly refund your purchase. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on teas if the packaging remains unopened. 

While we can’t refund the cost of postage and packaging, we’ll happily refund any faulty items or those that don’t meet your expectations.

Please ensure that you use a recorded delivery service when returning items to us, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit. If you’re based in the EU, you have a statutory “cooling off” period of 14 days after delivery, during which you can return unused items for a refund. Similarly, under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven working days from the day after delivery to cancel your order.

To cancel an order, simply drop us an email, pack the item securely with the delivery note, and return it to us within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll process your refund promptly.

For our overseas customers, we recommend reaching out to us with any queries before making a purchase, as we’re unable to accept returns from certain countries due to logistical constraints.
