- Standard shipping: 2-3 days for mainland UK (Scotland and Ireland may vary).
- Next day delivery upgrade available for most UK postcodes.
- Free standard delivery for UK orders over £50.
Shipping Location:
- All UK orders ship from our warehouse in the West Midlands.
Tracking Your Order:

Refund and returns
Unwanted Items:
- You have 14 days from receipt to return unused items in original condition.
- Include all contents, instructions, and packaging.
- Contact us to start the return process.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
- We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Faulty/Damaged Items:
- Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or faulty item within 14 days.
- We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds:

While this was the lightest strength it was not low enough for my Physio ;-( as the resistance was too high for the exercises he wanted me to do!

Anywhere Exercise Option
Bought these to help keep fit whilst recovering from an injury.The band’s take some getting used to and are deceptively strong if you aren’t already exercising some of the muscle groups these target.Quality is good, resistance appears to be holding (unlike some brands where the band stretches) and does a good job.

Very good item

Am familiar with these exercise bands and this one good value for money. Arrived well before expected date which was great.Just a comment – would have liked more exercise information, perhaps a sheet or booklet. This a gift and recipient will need some guidance.Would use seller again.
