great bands but…
these pack of 6 bands were packed individually in clear plastic and come in varying levels of resistant from extra light to extra heavy. each band has text on it to show you the level of resistance. i thinks its a bit of a design flaw in that the light colours should be the light resistance and then darker go heavier in resistance. the lighter bands are more thin and the heavier bands are quite thick which makes sense. they are made if durable and flexible material and come with a zipped bag to store them in and can easily be taken with you anywhere. i love using these fir my home workouts and would recommend. good value for money too as you get a free ebook to download that shows you different workouts with each band.

Very good Quality
These bands are very good quality and you get a really good stretch with them, still feeling secure enough that they wont snap and come back and twang you OUCH if that happened. You get 6 in a pack, 6 different strengths, and they even have there own storage bag, no more tangled knotted bands for me. At £5.95 they are a bargain price and would highly recommend them.

Great bands but smaller than expected
These bands are great. For the price (currently under £6) they are really good. You get 6 bands, x-light, light, medium, heavy, x-heavy, xx-heavy. They are around 30cm long, length of a school ruler. Photo shows a tv remote on them to give you an idea. The only negative was the literature has a QR code to take you to exercises, there is a password provided but I couldn’t get it to work. But plenty of videos on you tube. Many exercises for upper and lower body. All in all a great addition to the home workout equipment. Would recommend.

Very good for rehab
Really good set of resistance bands. I got these as my Mum has recently suffered a stroke and needs regular physio on her left side. I thought these might be helpful. She can do various sitting exercises whilst wearing the bands to help her muscles rebuild.So the box arrived with a pouch containing 5 different coloured bands, all representing a different strength from light to xxheavy. The much they come with is great as you can store them together and would be great if using in the gym. Really impressed with them and for the current price of £6.95 it makes them excellent value for money.

after a lot of to’ing and fro’ing i managed to get the guide from them – they are very informative the exercise guide since i have only dealt with the heavy resistance bands but these i havent. really well made bands very good quality and all kept in a well made bag. recommend and will be used quite a bit in the future 🙂

A good selection of weight/strengths, complete with a nice carry case. The Facebook page gives good videos on how to get the best use of these. The heavy band is just right for my training but having the heavier ones will come in handy

Versatile rainbow bands!
This resistance band set arrived in a box with a handy zip pouch to keep them all together and each band is individually wrapped in plastic.These bands have a rubber feel and stretch a long way! I particularly like the bright colours.After starting at the gym recently I have just started using bands and realise how versatile they are for various activities.These are well made, tough with good stretch and a great price at £6.99 for the set (price at time of review) would recommend!

Good strong bands
These are strong and each one is clearly marked with the resistance, ie light, medium etc. You get the option of a free downloadable/printable worksheet, and there is also a video you can watch. As I struggle with working with downloads, I printed my worksheet out – wow! Not just a one-page worksheet as I was expecting, more of a 20-odd page booklet containing exercises and a host of useful information! Excellent value for money.

Six levels of resistance, good quality LATEX bands
This set of six bands is really good. With resistance weights from 4.5kg – 18kg (10-40lbs), you have all the bands you’re ever going to need. They are about 30cm long. They are made of latex, so be are of this if you have a latex sensitivity. They come with a convenient little storage bag, which I really liked. No loose bands laying about.The packaging is plain; it comes in a single-use plastic sleeve. Each bands is also packaged in a single-use plastic sleeve.

Super set, and easy to differentiate
Nicely packaged and super bright colours, the different strengths make a noticeable difference between bands in use. After finding some suitable exercises, the effect between with and without a band is instantly noticeable, but as with most exercises you will only get out what you put in.The included travel bag is nice for storage, and overall a great product.Only recommendation is its more comfortable over something, on naked skin the feeling isnt the best

Transforms a home workout and no storage space required
This set of resistance bands is an absolute must for anyone considering a home workout session.The set of 6 range from Xtra light to Xtra heavy and follow the standard colour code for strength.There are just so many ways you can use them. If you are just starting out and don’t know what you might enjoy, with a little imagination you can even use these instead of weights for arm and leg workouts.Hook them up to door handles / furniture, stretch them, link them together, the options are endless and YouTube is full of videos for workouts and encouragement. These can be used for much more than just outer leg which the pictures show.I use them for shoulder rotational work, bicep and tricep work by hooking to door handles. Inner leg and ankle strength and flexibility work by wrapping around heavy furniture and also for ankle strength and flexibility.If you are looking to extend the life of these, a tiny bit of baby powder slows the deterioration and stops them sticking together when they get older.For under a tenner for the entire set, these are a complete bargain.

Plasticky but good
This was the second set of resistance bands I’ve recently had to enhance my morning workouts as I wanted a set to keep at my partner’s house as well. This set has six bands of varying resistance, its clearly printed on each one for easy identification and they come in a small and neat zip-up bag which my first set didn’t have. Although they work well, my only niggle is that these are very plasticky whereas my other set were more like fabric and were more comfortable to use. That aside, this is a perfectly good set.

I bought these after a recommendation in a pre-diabetes course to get easy exercise and flexibity at short notice and these are indeed very useful. There are five resistance bands here packaged in a little wallet with a small instructions leaflet. Nicely priced and easy to use. Good value resistance bands
The looped bands are 12” in length and range from extra light (10-15lb) to 2X heavy (35-40lb). Each band is a different colour and is clearly marked with its level (although the correlation to actual tensile strength in pounds is in the accompanying leaflet). They come individually wrapped in plastic, which is probably a bit unnecessary, as there is also a zipped carry case for storage. Good value.

A fab set of bands in varying resistance from x light right up to xx heavy. They each have a different colour so you can tell them apart and it also says on them which is which. Can be used for loads of different exercises for arms and legs including squats and lunges.There is a workout guide which you can access using a qr code inside the included leaflet.It also comes with little pouch to store them. This makes them really easy to take to the gym with you too.I’d definitely reccommend.

Amazing
This set of six bands is provided with a pouch to carry them in. Each has a different resistance level and measures 30.5 x 5cm, each level in a different colour with yellow being the lightest and orange the heaviest. They are made of 100% latex and each has a different resistance level from 7 to 20.5 Kg of resistance.I love these because they are helping me to build up muscle mass after suffering from Lyme Disease when pain prevented me from exerting myself as I had been accustomed to before. It is working but as I am no longer young, it is a slow process. These bands are making things better in a simple but effective way. I chose them for review for that reason. I thought I could see if they would help me and they do. My yoga instructor helped me with ideas that I now use to add to the routines that I started with a physiotherapist three years ago. Best of all, I walk every day with my dogs further and further, something that had reduced to just a couple of kilometres a day as a result of Lyme Disease. I also find that the stretches and activities have helped my mental health during Covid.

XX-heavy is hard to find!
I am a trainer and have gone through 5 plus sets of these equivalent in the past as the X Heavy black band does not provide enough resistance.I am pleased to find this set with an XX Heavy orange band even stronger at the top. Clients enjoying the extra challenge.Highly recommend.Cheapest option, AND best quality, AND one of the only to provide this resistance!

Decent quality
There is definitely a difference between each band level. I’d recommend testing out each one of you get them to see which might be best for you.They work well, I have no fear of them snapping. The only issue I have is that they tend to roll up/ fold over which is annoying to always have to readjust in the middle of working out.

These bands are pretty good value, colour coded according to resistance they are a decent length and can be used in all sorts of ways for all kinds of exercise routines. They seem pretty strong too so I think they should last quite well. You get a little storage bag which is handy and at just under £7 for the six I’d say that’s not bad.

This is a comprehensive set of budget resistance bands.Each band is color marked for easy recognition. Each color corresponds with the resistance value, marked from 1( light ), to 6( Xtra heavy ) dots. There is also a storage pouch included in the set, which makes the storage and transport easy and secure.If you pay attention to my pictures, you can find one difference between what is in the listing, and what was inside the parcel. It is a storage pouch mentioned above. Rather than a drawstring, top-loading variant, my order has been supplied with a zippered version, with the zipper on the side, along the bag. Maybe the photo was old and the company has redesigned these storage bags in the meantime. Anyway, I would rather have the zipper, and the opening along them easier to load than from the top( the rubber is sticky and not easy to feed into the small pouch ).I can definitely recommend this product your daily fitness routine.
