Not too much to say about it. It is essentially a large high resistance rubber band. Came with a carry case which i guess could be useful and feel good quality. Bought for doing shoulder warm up routine due to issues when lifting.

Good quality resistance band
Good resistance product, not too strong or too weak, considering getting another to incorporate other exercises into my routine. Can’t complain.Delivery was poor though, delivery driver didn’t follow instructions and just delivered it next door (not what I want or ask them to do) simply because I wasn’t fast enough to get to door despite being in and them not even attempting to knock. Some delivery companies are like that, what can you do.

Underrated & So Versatile
These Resistance Bands are so so good, I don’t have to take my weights away anymore or spend money on a extra gym subscription.Honestly they are so good and lots of exercises to chose from for all body workouts.Highly recommend & you won’t be disappointed.No I don’t work for the company in any way, just my honest opinion..
